You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the RF Experimentation and Demonstration Branch of the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division of the Spectrum Warfare Systems Dept of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band encompasses the GS-13 and GS-14. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project.

Duties

You will serve as the Branch Manager for the RF Experimentation and Demonstration Branch, providing primarily administrative, technical, logistical, financial, and/or business related services. You will be responsible for the development of the workforce, effective execution of workload consistent with organizational initiatives and objectives, and for providing outstanding support and service to assigned customers. You will plan, distribute, coordinate, and monitor work assignments of subordinates; evaluate work performance and provide feedback on their performance. You will approve leave; recommend discipline, awards, promotions and other personnel actions; resolve employee complaints; investigate conduct and or performance problems including those where disciplinary action may be proposed. Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
