You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as the senior supply systems analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing IT/Business analysis support on a functional team within the Systems Support Department.
You will identify and coordinate resolution of procedural and system failures impacting Navy ERP operations.
You will develop an overall test plan for area of responsibility and are responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the testing process.
You will analyze/develop systems requirements in response to business requirements from customers, leadership or as a result of a gap analysis,
considering risks and costs.
You will research applicable regulations, standards and policies governing a variety of topics such as policy, system performance, processing conditions, etc.
You will design and provide customer training in principles, capabilities, navigation, and performance of business transactions in ERP.
Requirements

Qualifications
To qualify for GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing and/or coordinating the efforts of a team of systems analysts ensuring all data and reports requirements are in line with strategic plans and goals; 2) Providing support and expertise on all aspects of one of the following business areas; Supply planning (including FLIRR, DRP, Schedule Board, Disposal), Allowance & Outfitting, and Data Analysis and Metric support. 3) Collaborating with immediate team members, core customer base in WSS, technical support teams for ERP or NDP, system integrators, business partners, Enterprise Business Office (EBO), and other internal (WSS) and external stakeholders (NAVSUP HQ) to establish and meet end-user requirements mandated by policy; 4) Executing organizational projects aimed at improving efficiency and/or increase the Command's overall readiness position; 5) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems; 6) Analyzing & summarizing significant data issues/trends and communicating information to upper management; 7) Developing & providing training to the team members and end users; 8) Ensuring team members apply functional knowledge to solve problems and recommend solutions to support a large user base; and 9) Gathering & developing systemic requirements for future systemic changes and applications.
To qualify for GS-12: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
