You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVMEDFORPAC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will provide oversight to staff responsible for administration of Maritime Headquarters.
You will evaluate changes in programs and increase or decrease mission requirements to assess impact on support services issues.
You will conduct semi-annual reviews and update regulations.
You will plan and schedule work assignments.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience using Microsoft Office applications to create and track documents.
Experience making recommendations on a wide range of administrative functions.
Experience establishing policies and procedures for life cycle management (creation, maintenance, use, and disposition) of DON records.
Experience planning and scheduling work assignments.
Experience evaluating work performance of subordinates.
GS-09
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience using Microsoft Office applications to create and track documents.
Experience making recommendations on a wide range of administrative functions.
Experience establishing policies and procedures for life cycle management (creation, maintenance, use, and disposition) of DON records.
Experience planning and scheduling work assignments.
Experience evaluating work performance of subordinates.

master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
