This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Duties
Participates and supports the larger team of Equipment Specialists (Provisioners) by obtaining training on, and assisting with, the completion of provisioning deliverables
Participates, receives training, and assists with provisioning activities to ensure that all contractor deliverables conform to Army policy
Participates, receives training, and develops skills with critical business systems
Participates and assists with Provisioning Conferences and In-Process Reviews (IPRs)
Requirements
- One year probationary period
- Secret clearance required
- Temporary Duty (TDY) up to 25%

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Three years of progressively responsible general work experience with one year of that experience equivalent to at least the GS-04/NH-01 grade level or band which includes 1) Assisting with provisioning activities to ensure that all contractor deliverables conform to Army policy; and 2) Assisting in analyzing, developing, evaluating, and promoting improvements in plans, policies, methods, procedures;
OR
Successfully completed a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.);
OR
The general experience as described in A, but less than three years; and I have some education as described in B, but less than the required four years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 36. Then, divide your semester hours of education by 120. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.). (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.);
OR
The experience as described in A AND the education described in B. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
