About the Position: As a Supervisory Equipment Specialist, provides advice, guidance and decisions on all technical matters requiring resolution of C5SR issues. Prepares and provides readiness briefs to the command group.
Duties
Executes the full range of human resource responsibilities and fiscal responsibilities within established timelines
Supervises and manages the lead technical assistance personnel responsible for the LAD (Logistics Assistance Division) skill sets
Communicates with a wide range of professional contacts with senior civilian/Army personnel

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: a) Guiding in the resolution of equipment failures and working directly in the field in order to provide technical assistance; and (b) Mentoring or training individuals, soldiers or peers in order to be able to provide technical assistance support in the field; and (c) Analyzing electronic equipment operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
