About the Position: : The pay band NH-03 includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-12 to 13. Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.

Duties

Identifying, selecting, provisioning coding, supporting initial supply requirements determination, and cataloging items to be procured or supported through the product life cycle. Scrub the Provisioning Parts List (PPL) for assigned systems and chairing/attending provisioning conferences intended to identify errors and adequacy of technical data deliverables. Code provisioning data per Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) requirements and regulations. Provide input to maintenance concept studies and participates in projects to provide and establish maintenance processes/procedures. Organize and deliver briefings to high-level military and civilian officials, i.e., SES and general officer levels of management. Coordinate, track, and oversee task completion and provisioning milestone schedules and product deliverables to meet deadlines, command suspense dates, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Delegate workload, provide advice, and guide team members. Apply innovative approaches to promote efficiencies in provisioning process.

• This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 36 months of entrance on duty.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: LeadershipProduction & SupportTechnical Competence This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 10 in the broadband. The Control Point for this position is equivalent to GS-13 step 10 at $153,354 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position or if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-13, step 10 level the incumbent' s salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
