You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the ???????HEADQUARTERS AND SUPPORT BATTALION of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Duties
You will provide authoritative recommendations concerning complex administrative problems to the Director, Supervisor, and Branch Supervisor.
You will review and certify audit records, unit diaries, feedback reports, pay documents, travel orders, and travel claims submissions.
You will conduct required inventories and provide adequate security for controlled forms.
You will ensure the office's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and desktop procedures are maintained and update as necessary.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing and certifying pay and entitlement for military personnel, overseeing administrative and technical support functions pertaining to military personnel, and using automated military personnel systems.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on meeting at least one of these listed educational accomplishments OR an equivalent combination of experience and education:
Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree..

Successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree.
-OR-
Have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
-OR-
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
