Duties
You will provide technical expertise to the design, architecture, implementation, management and/or testing for major networks carrying voice, data, and video traffic.
You will manage, lead, and perform work that involves developing, delivering or supporting IT systems and services.
You will lead and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentor others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, and lead others to accomplish complex, cross-organizational goals.
You will capture, analyze, and decompose program sponsor requirements; provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical IT issues.
You will acquire, manage, and allocate resources to deliver functional and operational requirements and collaborate with government or contractor stakeholders and end users in the design of the system architecture.
You will provide technical input and contribute to the development of IT services contracts, discuss, develop, and document technical solutions for information systems including datacenter security stacks, LAN/WAN infrastructures and cloud services.
You will support IPT Lead to ensure program schedules, priorities and specific tasks are properly scoped and resourced to ensure successful execution and completion.
You will interpret and apply Information Management, Information Technology, and Cyber policies, processes and guidelines.
You will apply oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with personnel at all levels and has proven ability to support briefings or presentations to mid- to high-level stakeholders.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 802 level Advanced within 12 months of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide technical expertise to the design, architecture, implementation, management and/or testing for major networks carrying voice, data, and video traffic. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
