You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Business Knowledge, Innovation, and Improvement Division of the Assistant Commander for Corporate Operations of CNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA.

Duties

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing NAVSUP's Knowledge Management division. You will in collaboration with senior leaders, develop and communicate the corporate Innovation strategy. You will in collaboration with senior leaders, develop and communicate the corporate Research and Development strategy. You will develop and maintain policy and program guidance governing the implementation and management of all aspects of Knowledge Management (KM) across the organization. You will direct, coordinate, and provide guidance as required by the various functions of the Branch.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
  • A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.

Qualifications

I have one year of specialized Program Manager experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Knowledge Management. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Utilize a mastery knowledge of program management practices and principles to manage and execute multiple complex, high priority projects, and demands simultaneously; 2) Utilize automated information technology systems to assess the accuracy and completeness of data gathered and compiled to analyze and confirm findings or make recommendations; and 3) Utilize mastery knowledge of Knowledge Management principles and best practices to find, capture, organize, integrate, transfer, manage, assess, and exploit individual and organizational intellectual capital.
