Duties
You will provide technical and operational electronic intelligence (ELINT) expertise of radar signals.
You will apply knowledge of EW, radar signals, and associated weapon systems to aid development and design of Integrated Air Defense Systems test scenarios and methods to yield operationally relevant test results.
You will analyze post-test EW and system data, and contribute to understanding results, drawing conclusions, and evaluating mission performance.
You will use data such as threat information, system parameters, and behaviors that include Order of Battle, Characteristics and Performance.
You will use ELINT to identify the characteristics, performance, and behaviors of radar signals and associated weapons systems employed in mission data testing and to analyze and evaluate performance results of advanced EW and aircraft systems.
You will train and mentor member of the test team.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DT-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing technical and operational electronic intelligence (ELINT) expertise to support the design of test scenarios and methods to evaluate the performance of various EW and other aircraft systems; 2) Demonstrating knowledge of RADAR weapon systems to aid development and designs of test scenario(s) and methods to yield operationally relevant test results; 3) Providing post-test data processing to aid in analysis of EW test data (real-time and post-mission) and in understanding results, drawing conclusions, and evaluating mission performance; and 4) Using data such as threat information, system parameters and behaviors that includes Order of Battle, Characteristics & Performance, and ELINT to identify the expected characteristics, performance, and behaviors of RADAR systems employed in mission data testing and to evaluate observed vs. expected performance results of advanced EW and aircraft systems.
