Duties

Serves within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Information Operations (J6), Program Executive Office (J62), Enterprise Capabilities (J62B), Enterprise Platform Program Office. The incumbent functions as a project manager of assigned agile development efforts to deliver a user-centric portal capability via ServiceNow. Applies agile methodology processes to the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned configuration, development and integration services. Work with customer functional proponents in their formulation of user stories that result in modern, user-centric designs and workflows. Performs “level of effort” assessment/ impact analysis in collaboration with customers, coworkers, and system users for enhancements, integrations and other changes based on high level user stories and business requirements

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Serves as a Senior Subject Matter Expert or coordinator of a project/program support team responsible for business systems requirements assessment, evaluation, analysis, elicitation, interpretation, planning, design, development, documentation, testing, validation, implementation, and maintenance of an assigned area/subsystem. Evaluates and analyzes the customer's business system requirements feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, computability and testability. Leads, conducts and/or participates in research and investigation of industry technology and DLA capablity developments that have the potential to improve the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing implementations Experience in agile design, testing, and application sustainment. ServiceNow or other low-code/no-code platform experience is desired. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
