This position performs data analytics for the Region 2 Preparedness division for the purposes of understanding and informing program delivery effectiveness and provides leadership decision support on issues of programming, staffing, and budgeting.

To qualify for this Management and Program Analyst position at the IC-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following:
Developing analysis tools; such as charts, graphics, dashboards, user interfaces, and other data visualization products and tools,
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as manpower requirements, programming, budgeting determinations, and/or distribution methods; and
Providing guidance and recommending improvements to programs or policies to internal and external stakeholders.
