Duties
Manages and leads IT projects of varying scope and size ranging from local field site specific project to larger, complex, enterprise-wide projects
Serves as the Incident Management Process Owner (IMPO).
Receives and reviews initial project specifications, deliverables, and requirements from the J63 Stakeholder Integration Services (SIS)'s Front Door team and SIS Customer Support liaison Officers (LNOs)
Presents project kick-off meetings with senior leaders to legitimize and advertise project requirements.

Leads, manages, and continuously evaluates the development and execution of IT-focused Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) for each project ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
The incumbent will serve as the Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) Directorate ITSM+ ServiceNow Technical Representative.

Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Project Manager (PLCYPLN), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Applies IT program and project management policies, principles, methods, and practices to: define IT project resources, milestones and deliverables; develop IT project plans and schedules; lead and influence multi-disciplined IT project teams; negotiate with managers for project resources; monitor project activities: address and solve project problems; communicate project status to stakeholders; and manage the constraints of delivering a complete project within scope, schedule and cost. Create, review, assess and recommend customer support processes improvements across the Enterprise.
