About the Position: This position reviews and oversees activities related to DHA Market standardization, integration, and optimization by interfacing with specific Market Clinical Management Team (CMT) Leads, Product Line Leaders (PLLs), Product Line Representatives (PLRs), MTF Group Practice Managers (GPM), MTF Healthcare Administrators, MTF Business Offices, MTF Clinical Operations and MTF Managed Care teams and is located at Portsmouth, VA.

Duties

Serve as the advisor, coordinator, and facilitator for DHA Market level schedule/template management, referral management and central appointment management. Facilitate planning, delivery, and training for the DHA Market as it relates to clinical optimization. Participate in day-to-day management discussions, decisions and policymaking. Possess knowledge of existing and emerging management tools and programs that enhance the quality, availability, and value, of clinic services. Responsible for monitoring systems, policies, and procedures to meet established standards.
