About the Position: This position will support the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM). Primary responsibility is to assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and to develop and present detailed requirements of Army Aviation and Missile Programs.
Duties
Serve as the Program Integrator for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) life Cycle Management Command (LCMC).
Plan, conduct, and/or direct highly complex studies/analyses to improve the total acquisition process.
Serve as program integrator for the AMCOM LCMC role in the Army Aviation and Missile enterprise.
Develop and presents (in the form of briefings and papers) detailed requirements information which is readily understandable by and credible with Government and industry representatives.
Identify future planning and mission requirements, acquisition, and sustainment inhibitors and determines sources of problems to initiate corrective actions.
Requirements

- Must Obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- May be required to travel for temporary duty up to 10% of the time.

Specialized Experience Statement (HR/SME): One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) performing integration efforts affecting the future planning and sustainment of aircraft and missile systems; 2) providing coordination for continuous evaluation of contract administration, aviation safety, training, maintenance operations and needs affecting status of weapon systems; 3) performing as program integrator authority and/or consultant on all aspects of flight support mission activities within the region of assignment.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
