Duties
You will prepare, execute, monitor and report on officer promotion and enlisted advancement selection boards.
You will advise and train senior officers and other personnel on selection board law, policy and practices
You will brief management on military personnel policies
You will coordinate human resources information systems to support an organization's data information needs
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Retrieve an organize promotion and advancement data to develop and provide reports to internal and external agencies; 2) Communicates with applicants and commands regarding eligibility and missing documents; 3) Reviews memberships for compliance with laws and regulations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
