You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Serves as technical expert in matters related to workforce programs to include Pay/Personnel, Training, Labor/Employee Relations, and Performance Management; 2) Develops, executes and monitors the progress of long-range strategic goals and policies relating to workforce programs; 3) Conducts briefings and informational meetings at the executive level; 4) Determines areas of procedural and regulatory deficiencies and provides recommendations and implementation timeframes to correct deficiencies; 5) Identifies developmental and training needs of employees.
