You will serve as a Program Analyst (Utilities) in the Utilities Management of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS.

Duties
You will Corrects and resolves any discrepancy and/or problem prior to inputting into the allocation system and ultimately into the financial system
You will develops plans and processes to correct deficiencies found and recommends solutions to avoid deficiencies and satisfy utilities customers
You will Compiles and assesses data from monthly CIRCUITS uploads insuring the data is accurate and provided in accordance with set guidelines
to support management and customer billing/ reporting requirements
You Will Coordinates with Utilities Program Management Analysts and Financial Management Analysts to ensure Utilities payables are paid on time
Performs the Lead Utilities Analyst duties in his/her absence, as necessary.
Requirements

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Auditing, analyzing and assessing raw data , Correcting and resolving pay discrepancies And ensuring payable accruals are correctly inputted into Centralized and Integrated Reporting for the Comprehensive Utilities Information Tracking System (CIRCUITS) UP and MAXIMO for payment.
