You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST for the Performance Improvement and Strategic Analysis Team of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst on the Performance Improvement and Strategic Analysis Team providing overall core business, functional and innovation services for NAVSUP WSS, including, performance management and administration.
You will provide analyses and reports to higher levels on the status of the command business educational requirements across various teams.
You will serve as the authoritative source of knowledge of policies and procedures relative to the command core functional areas.
You will develop measures of effectiveness for use across teams and develop such measures for use within specific teams.
You will prepare budget data for NAVSUP WSS Training Programs, Tuition Assistance, and Learning Centers’ requirements.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Overseeing the planning, budgeting and coordination efforts to meet program objectives and achieve program cost, schedule and performance goals; 2) Evaluating the command's educational requirements; designs curriculum; implements programs and designs, administers, maintains, and evaluates educational programs for the command; 3) Providing analyses and reports to higher levels on the status of the command business educational requirements across various teams; 4)Tracking status of SF-182 (ERP ad hoc training request) to ensure funding is in place prior to course start date; 5) Advertising DAU DAWIA certification requirements; retrieving and analyzing data for reporting to NAVSUP WSS management.
