Duties

Plan, formulate and execute budget obligations and expenditures utilizing automated financial management and accounting systems. Provide guidance to Command Staff on budgetary legislation and Congressional Policy (i.e., Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA), DA and DoD policies, and regulations, processes and procedures which govern the Federal Budget process). Analyze fiscal and budgetary regulations and directives in order to disseminate policies and guidelines. Review, track, and execute organization labor requirements utilizing automated financial and accounting systems.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to perform Temporary Duty (TDY) outside of assigned duty station 10% of the time.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• This position requires a DoD Financial Management Certification Level II within 24 months of entering the position.
