About the Position: Serve as the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Tier II Help Desk SME/Point of Contact (POC) in one or more of the DOD or DA wide financial/resource management systems: ATAAPS and DCPS, Remedy.

Duties

Provide technical and operational system advice, coordination, and assistance to functional resource managers, supervisors and end users to achieve optimum and effective use of financial/resource management systems. Develop Internal operating procedures to provide effective implementation of financial review. Provide quality customer service to system end users in a variety of ways such as data retrieval, transaction input, regulatory interpretation, and report/data analysis.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • This is a Financial Management position that requires Level 2 certification IAW National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d.
