About the Position: Incumbent is a Supervisory Financial Analyst and serves as the Chief of the Integration and Cost Division, Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS)/Resource Management, G8.

Duties

Ensure the Operations and Maintenance, Research and Development, and Procurement appropriations requirements are identified, justified, and funded in support of the Army’s priorities and the Combatant Commanders’ requirements. Direct and prepare integrated multi-appropriation response to key elements in the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution systems process. Review, analyze, and provide guidance to ensure overall multi-appropriation integration and balance of resources and requirements and compliance with funding guidance from HQDA and Commanding General. Supervise program, budget, and operations and research analysts completing division work on planning, programming, budgeting and execution of the Army Materiel Command appropriated fund resources.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • This position requires Financial Management Level III certification within 24 months of entrance on duty.
  • This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.
