Duties
Leads a team that analyzes Federal Cataloging Automated Information System (AIS) logistics business processes, develops, and reviews solution alternatives, cont.
(cont.) and performs impact analysis with customers and system users for fixes, enhancements and other changes.
Develops application specifications and documentation to address changes or fixes as necessary for problem resolution, including level of effort estimates.
Serves as a member of a project team to elicit customer requirements, to analyze, refine and document those requirements, to ensure that the developed system and software functions in accordance with the requirements, and to implement the system.
Assists in the selection and integration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and/or the design, testing, and implementation of Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) Automated Information Systems (AIS) solutions.
As a lead, position is responsible for a variety of application requirements and integration services, including business systems requirements analysis, functional design, documentation, product evaluation, testing, and user training.
Position is responsible for ensuring that the team delivers software products on time and within budget, while meeting the needs of the customer.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Lead IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) GS-2210-13, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
