You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Resource Branch, Environmental, Safety, and Health Department of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

You will assist management in fulfilling training, budget, manning and travel needs. You will prepare and submit fiscal year budget requirements. You will generate budgetary reports and reconcile expenditures to determine balances available. You will create funding documents for payments of contracts. You will provide training on travel voucher processing associated with department training.

• Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

For GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reviewing and evaluating required data using automated systems to manage labor and non-labor reports submittal such as fiscal year budget, travel vouchers, payroll timekeeping and workload forecast in support of an organization's program. For GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying and gathering required data using automated systems for labor and non-labor reports submittal such as fiscal year budget, travel vouchers, payroll timekeeping and workload forecast in support of an organization's program. Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
