You will serve as a LEAD PROGRAM ANALYST in the Command Operations Group of COMFLTREADCEN.
Duties
You will serve as an expert advisor to the COMFRC F12 Human Resource Officer and the Director of the NAVAIR Career Development Office (CDO) V143000 in the overall management of workforce support and sustainment.
You will be responsible for strategic planning that ensures the long-term viability, efficiency, and effectiveness in the areas of workforce development that enable the command to develop and retain a diverse workforce.
You will enable technical, leadership, and professional excellence in naval aviation.
You will apply analytic discipline, for the purpose of developing and implementing cost-wise policies, procedures, and products needed to support workforce development analysis.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1)Assisting in the sustainment of technical knowledge and business operational excellence across all competencies; 2) Applying analytic discipline, for the purpose of developing and implementing cost-wise policies, procedures, and products needed to support workforce development analysis and decision making; 3) Collaborating with Competency Managers in the identification of required skills and inherent ability to perform the work in support of their respective missions; 4) Developing and managing policies and initiatives that will have significant impact on all levels of management and employees.
