You will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist/Division Head in the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Production Dissemination Division, performing the full range of supervisory and management functions, and managing infrastructure, tools, and processes related to the production and dissemination of finished intelligence products. This position is located in Suitland, MD.

Duties

You will serve as the Division Head in the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Production Dissemination Division and perform the full range of supervisory and management functions. You will provide production and dissemination (P and D) policy, management and support services, analytic and production security standards guidance and support, and program management oversight for enterprise-wide P and D tools. You will manage a large diverse workforce of production, dissemination, and security specialists and subject matter experts. You will provide leadership and guidance related to production resources, policy, standards, processes, and guides, as well as drives new product and process development initiatives. You will maintain frequent and direct liaison with all three ONI analytic centers, as well as Intelligence Community counterparts regarding product standards and measures inclusive of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) mandates.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing personnel and resources, including billets and financial allocations as a supervisor or in a leadership role; 2) Establishing and implementing enterprise processes and procedures; 3) Managing intelligence production and dissemination tools, architectures, and policies in an environment that supports the development of analytic products; 4) Developing and enforcing intelligence production and analytic standards in support of intelligence products; and, 5) Utilizing interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to directly engage, collaborate, and liaise with internal and external customers.
