About the Position: Serves as a senior Human Resources (HR) Specialist, responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, managing, executing, and directing of administrative and personnel services. Serves as the principal advisor to the Troop Command S-1 Chief and Deputy to the Troop Commander, and other key officials in the areas of personnel management and policies.
Duties
Monitors and oversees the administrative review of civilian performance ratings and military evaluations and award submissions to ensure consistency in procedures, adherence to applicable regulations, and timely submission.
Analyses current military strength data to determine current capabilities, project future requirements, and assess conditions of unit and individual readiness.
Oversees the administration, distribution, and mail systems; oversees automated pay and personnel systems, soldier information files, orders, and all personnel actions relating to unit soldiers.
Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
- Up to 20% TDY.
