You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administrative Office, Code 1102 of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

You will plan, develop and conduct analyses of programs' actual or potential effectiveness in achieving planned goals and objectives. You will provide advice and assistance on administrative processes and procedures for a variety of program or project operations and milestones. You will analyze extracts, summarize and identify apparent trends and issues. Prepare reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, etc. in standard form for presentations and briefings. You will assist with building management/maintenance/safety inspections/customer funded services/contracts/housekeeping coordination services and maintains liaison with other departments on various matters relating to the building improvement plans.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

For GS09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and fact-finding techniques to assess program inefficiencies and prepare a narrative report identifying the issue or problem, background, observations, options for change, and recommendations for action. For GS07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and fact-finding techniques by gathering and analyzing data or information to identify problems and recommend solutions for assigned programs. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

For GS09:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
