This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
???????You will serve as a SERVICES CONTRACT LEAD in the Infrastructure Division (Code 1022) within the Corporate Operations Department (Code 10) of CARDEROCK DIV NS.
Duties
You will perform COR responsibilities and management of all Code 102 Infrastructure Division service contracts.
You will be responsible for continued evaluation of all service contracts, execution agent performance, and recommending new service providers when necessary.
You will lead junior COR(s) in the preparation of acquisition packages and assure adherence to cost, schedule, safety, resources, and quality standards.
You will apply FAR Part 37 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
You will perform cradle-to-grave application of Contract Management Processes, including subject matter expertise in contractual close out documentation.
You will oversee and/or manage SEAPORT-E Services, IDIQ Services and IDIQ contracts and the preparation of requirement packages.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing analysis and guidance for cradle to grave applications of the contract management processes to execute day-to-day operations.
