Duties
- Provide guidance on staffing, benefits, and leave to organizational unit
- Identify budget compliance issues and propose corrective solutions
- Contribute analysis for budget forecasts
- Define requirements and evaluate proposals for procurement contracts
- Conduct analysis to improve organizational efficiency
- Develop protocols and controls for property management
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship

Qualifications
Applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 (ZA-I at NIST) level.
Specialized experience is defined as:
- Documenting and processing paperwork for new hires and personnel actions
- Reviewing and processing financial transactions such as invoices, travel claims, or purchase orders, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
and guidelines
- Resolving purchase order issues by liaising with vendors, procurement personnel, and internal stakeholders
OR
Master's or equivalent degree.
OR
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related
OR
A combination of education and experience.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
