Duties
Plans and executes a variety of administrative functions such as preparing and reviewing correspondence, briefings, develop reports, arrange meetings, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, screening calls and tracking suspense items.
Performs, coordinates, and/or participates with staff members to accomplish work. Provides administrative and logistical support and overall office management for the supervisor and staff.
Coordinates office activities and establishes office operating procedures to ensure uniform interpretation and implementation of administrative regulations and directives. Establishes changes to promote or improve operations.
Reviews plans, programs, and regulations pertaining to personnel, automation, analysis, and administration. Initiates support actions as required. Develops a variety of management reports.
May be required, as needed, to operate a GSA motor vehicle to make periodic distribution and coordinate visits to government facilities in the local commuting area.
Requirements

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications
Knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques to provide administrative services to the organization, analyze administrative practices, and recommend improvements in administrative procedures and policies.
Highly Preferred - Resume must demonstrate experience in the highly preferred criteria.
Must have Executive Admin experience.
Must be proficient at editing and writing documents.
Must be proficient at adhering to deadlines.
