About the Position: The U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) is the parent command of the U.S. Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA). To achieve this vision, USAMMA employs military, civilian, and contractor personnel that are assigned to the headquarters and subordinate units.
Duties
Develop and execute test protocols for functional integration testing of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software configuration and software updates, patches and changes.
Receive problem reports from users of the ERP system when problems are too complex for resolution by the Help Desk.
Design, develop, test, and sustain ERP modules.
Analyze supply and logistics policies, procedures, and practices.
Document all ERP system functionality and procedural specifications.
Research best business practices to develop and apply accordingly to support Army medical logistics requirements.
Prepares detailed reports outlining initiatives, evaluation results, recommendations and proposed plans for implementing improvements.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Uses automated information systems resource planning software to coordinate business processes and system integration pertaining to medical logistics. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

Certification Level 1: THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 1 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program. This certification requirement is a condition of employment for this position. Failure to obtain this certification within the required time may subject the incumbent to adverse action.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, Office of Government Ethics (OGE)-450, (5CFRPart 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports) upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 17-Nov-2011.
