About the Position: This is a supervisory position. Applicants to this announcement referred for consideration to selecting officials, may be asked to complete pre-employment assessments. Duties

Perform the duties of Customer Service Supervisor, oversee all technical aspects of Customer Service operations and direct personnel in support of mission activities of the section. Exercise technical oversight of the Medical Materiel Sourcing Division (MMSD) ordering process for the continued connectivity of supported customer systems. Develop budget reports from analysis of customer demands as required to provide feedback to unit Commanders and staff. Perform and review personnel management functions including participation in process of selecting applicants to fill vacancies, recommend personnel actions, prepare performance appraisals, maintain discipline, administer leave, and provide training.

Requirements

• This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
• Business travel up to 25%.
