You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Functional Integration Management (FIM) Directorate (N5) of CENSEABEESFACENG.
Duties
You will serve as primary liaison with NETC and Learning Sites on all issues relating to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) as defined in the Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
You will collaborate with Learning Sites to validate CSFE Corporate enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS) course data in support of POM objectives.
You will prepare briefs for senior leadership to present in support of programming, student throughput, manning, manpower, and resource management.
You will plan and facilitate working groups to review and develop Naval Construction Force and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) skills analysis to support NETC curriculum development requirements.
You will participate in NETC Training Requirements Manager Production Alignment Committee (TRM-PAC) stakeholder meetings to validate Fleet training requirements for the Future Year Defense Program (FYDP).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating with personnel and organizations on Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions and issues; 2) Briefing leadership on programming training resources including manpower, equipment and facilities; 3) Advising personnel on training program requirements and resources; and 4) Evaluating POM submissions to ensure training requirements are reflected.
