About the Position: This position is located at Fort Moore, Georgia. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Serves as program manager and Chief of the Manpower, Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS) and Management Analysis Branch, Human Resources Division. Serves as resource management analyst and functional expert for the Medical Department Activity. Provides supervision for six to eight subordinate analysts and assistants. Presents recommendations and conclusions based on analysis and evaluation to operation and management officials. Assists in determining justification for modifying, restructuring, implementing, and/or initiating new management responsibilities and missions. Manages and coordinates automated manpower databases activities.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• One-year supervisory probationary period required. A one-year probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement.
• Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
