About the Position: Serves as Program Analyst responsible for analytical functions such as developing operating plans, forecasting support requirements, coordinating/identifying requirements; facilitating administrative processes; and performing evaluative analyses of program objectives, policies, work operations, and progress.

Duties

Evaluate project funding plans and execution to identify actual or potential problem areas. Provide complex substantive management support services in technical and administrative coordination, program cost analysis, annual and long-range planning, and development of an annual requirements plan. Devise appropriate methods for gathering and compiling information and data. Make recommendations concerning existing or needed administrative policy or guidance on a wide variety of administrative subjects. Perform analytical and evaluative work in tracking and reviewing effectiveness of programs and conformance to guidance. Assist the organization with programming, analysis, and control of funds.

OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business, Organization Management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
