Duties
You will communicate directly with the other commands management and executive personnel and provide presentations to Commanding and executive officers.
You will analyze systems requirements in Navy ERP to supply operations requirements, risks and costs.
You will research, evaluates, and provides support/analysis to correct problems and analyze patterns in customer support requirements.
You will coordinate analysis and systems design requirements for Maritime users ensuring a common business solution
You will analyze extracts, summarize, and identifies significant business or operational trends and issues.
You will act as a support liaison with user customer groups and communicate project updates on a regular basis.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, or techniques of a supply program. I have experience with various business functional areas including analytical ability, a knowledge of business improvement techniques, economic, statistical, accounting, budget, and a range of IT skills applied to support a logistics system. I am able to communicate well both orally and in writing. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Improving supply system's efficiency and effectiveness by identifying interrelated business functional problems, drawing conclusion and recommending appropriate action or solutions utilizing complex fact-finding, analytical and problem solving methods and techniques; 2) Identifying supply operation problems and developing usable and transportable solutions to customer's inventory/logistics/supply chain management problems; 3) Applying a comprehensive knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functions (Supply Planning, Allowancing, Sales & Operations Planning, Repairable and Consumables Management, Order Fulfillment, Financial Management, etc.) in order to assist with developing recommendations for a Department; 4) Analyzing operational procedures and solutions for supply business processes in the areas of planning and forecasting which include: buy/repair, allowance development, financial and repairables, Stock in Transit, carcass tracking, procurement, order Fulfillment; and production support; and 5) Utilizing a knowledge of computer programming language, such as Structure Query Language (SQL).
