About the Position: Serves as a Strategic Planning Officer located in U.S. Army Material Command, DCS, G-4 Operations and Logistics Industry Base and Infrastructure Plan Directorate in Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Duties

Strategic Planning Officer focused on developing and implementing all parts of the agency strategic plan. Evaluate the effectiveness of management policies, plans, programs, operations, organizations, missions and functions, staffing and workload. As a senior analyst, responsible for advising AMC leadership on the impact of current and future changes environmental changes, including reduced resources and changing missions. Provide responsive, interdisciplinary, analytical capability involving broad, undefined complex issues of either one time or recurring nature.

• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
