You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Production Resources Department, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Code 900 of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

You will coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned, and coordinates department level audit responses. You will instruct and advise all levels of workers and management in program requirements. You will make recommendations for the improvements in program performance based on analysis of the Quality Analysis data. You will conduct or participate in internal reviews and studies and presenting results/analysis to appropriate PSNS and IMF management. You will apply a wide range of program management policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives.

Qualifications

For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Analyzing and evaluating program performance data to plan and coordinate problem resolution to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a production resource program. For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Analyzing program performance data to identify trends and provide recommendations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a production resource program. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

For GS-11:

Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR

A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
