About the Position: You will serve as Realty Specialist for management and disposal, civil works, and/or Acquisition (Recruiting and non-Recruiting) projects for Government-owned lands for the Departments of the Army and Air Force in the Pacific Ocean Division. This is a developmental position. Position maybe filled at either the GS-07, GS-09 or GS-11 level.

Duties

At the full performance you will: Conduct negotiations for the use of government-owned land by others (outgrants). Conduct negotiations for the use of government-required land/space (ingrants). Prepare real estate planning reports for military, civil land, and other acquisition projects. Perform compliance inspections to ensure conformity with the provisions of outgrants/ingrants.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Temporary duty (TDY) travel is approximately 15%.
• This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
• Incumbent must have or be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
• This position requires the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a driver's license in one of the 50 US states or possessions and any installation and/or DoD requirement.

OR Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled, such as that identified in Education above. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
