You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Navy Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) Program Office of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.
Duties
You will be responsible for maintaining the Navy’s Automatic Indentification Technology (AIT) implementation, sustainment plans, and technology deployment.
You will evaluate emerging and existing AIT technologies for use in Fleet Logistics, maintenance and industrial activities.
You will support customer planning, including coordinating with NAVSUP, Enterprise and other Echelon II/III/IV commands, for implementing AIT and for monitoring the progress, distribution and performance metrics of DON AIT projects.
You will quantify the difficulty and comparative costs of integrating AIT equipment into existing work processes and equipment configuration.
You will develop financial budgets, cost estimates, impact statements, business case analyses, and project management documentation to support the efforts the Navy AIT Program Office.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:performing Program Analyst work utilizing knowledge of DOD concepts, principles, policies, and practices in order to evaluate the effectiveness of existing and proposed Automatic Identification Technology(AIT) programs. Demonstrate a knowledge of DOD logistic programs and project where AIT technology may be applied to support meeting goals and mission directives. Experience developing financial budgets, cost estimates and project management documentation to support enterprise scale efforts. Examples of specialized experience may include the following; 1) Preparing and defend funding requests and spending plans throughout budget cycle to Navy leadership; 2) Developing and implementing short and long term supply and logistics plans for the introduction of AIT; 3) Ordering/implementing/tracking hardware and software 4) Assistance end users deal with equipment, data, compliance, conformance and application standards.
