You will serve as a Data Analyst in the Force data Office and Emerging Technology (N01D) of COMNAVRESFOR. NSA HR Headquarters

Duties

You will serves as the functional manager for the Navy Reserve Readiness Module and is the CNRFC representative for the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise led by Commander, US Fleet Forces Command. You will present data insights for consumption by leaders and stakeholders. You will provide multiple avenues for release of data and insights. You will optimize the quality of data to ensure the ability of staff and stakeholders to use agency data to generate insights

Requirements

Qualifications

For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience applying analytical, evaluative methods and techniques to issues and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of a command and its activities. - Experience using analytical programs/tools such as Microsoft Excel, Database platforms, machine learning, and artificial intelligence software to report data in various formats. - Experience relating data analysis methodology and using presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, "R", Python, Tableau, and Qlik) to effectively communicate results in routine or unusual reports. - Experience transforming raw data into finished products via importing a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files.
