The selectee will serve as an Administrative Officer for the Procurement Division in the Office of Enterprise Readiness Office Typical work assignments include:

- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
Qualifications
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level performing duties such as: maintaining administrative policies and internal operational procedures for the division; observing management activities within the office to identify issues and make recommendations for improvements and/or corrective action, coordinating administrative functions and activities; maintaining files and records (e.g. personnel, financial, confidential memoranda etc.); providing administrative support on personnel actions and issues; and preparing non-routine letters and/or reports.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
GS-12: You qualify for the GS-12 level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level performing duties such as: developing and maintaining administrative policies and internal operational procedures for the division; observing management activities within the office to identify issues and make recommendations for improvements and/or corrective action, organizing administrative functions and activities; maintaining files and records (e.g. personnel, financial, confidential memoranda, etc.); providing guidance on personnel actions and issues; and preparing non-routine letters and/or reports.
