You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will manage the automated consolidated property book and financial records in the Automated Property System of Record (APSR)/Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) for NAVSUP WSS.
You will receive and inspect incoming supplies and equipment noting discrepancies in quantity, quality, and receipt of incomplete or damaged items.
You will designate custodial access within an appointable area and appoints Responsible Officers/Hand Receipt Holders.
You will coordinate prompt disposal of excess and unserviceable equipment to prevent possible pilferage.
You will serve as a point of contact and advisor for auditors, inspectors and investigators by explaining and justifying overall local policies and procedures used to account for property.
You will maintain a roster of hand receipts and hand receipt holders.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
GS:12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the I have one year of specialized experience performing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties:
1) Applying a wide range of principals, theories, and processes of management with a high degree of resourcefulness, ingenuity, and inventiveness to ensure property accountability;
2) Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity and to conduct studies, analyze findings and make recommendations on the organization Property Accountability program;
3) Managing automated consolidated property book and financial records in automated property system of record;
4) Resolving problems not covered by precedent or established policies or procedures, identifies other problems to command for resolution.
GS:11:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in the manpower management, planning and administration, management reviews/briefs, implementation of organizational changes and all related Manpower taskers/data calls. Examples of specialized experience include:
1) Performing a variety of assignments pertaining to civilian and military personnel related to issues to improve and maintain an efficient organization; 2) Providing management support for TWMS administration, Navy ERP user management / workforce management and reorganizations;
3) Preparing management and manpower reports;
4) Acting as a liaison, gathering and ensuring proper completion and submission of all required supporting documentation required for establishing user access to total force systems .
