You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST in the NAVFAC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER (NITC) of NAV FAC ENG AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CTR.
Duties
You will analyzing and refining systems requirements.
You will performing analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business solutions.
You will conducts feasibility studies and trade-off analyses and prepares business cases for the application of IT solutions.
You will developing plans to implement, test, deploy, and train for each software/functionality release.
You will enforces configuration management, change control and information assurance security principles.
You will designs or conducts analytical studies or other research.
You will developing government Statements of Work (SOW), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and Business Case Analysis (BCA) or
Abbreviated Systems Decision Papers (ASDP).
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
1) Applying business systems analysis concepts and techniques, structured analysis principles for business processes and operations;
2) Utilizing cost-benefit analysis principles and methods as it relates to Systems Life Cycle Management (SLCM) concepts, and Business Case Analysis (BCA);
3) Applying project management principles and data analysis; Evaluating IT security concepts, methods, and tools; cost, schedule and performance as it relates to Earned Value Management;
4) Providing performance management/measurement methods, tools and techniques; and
5) Assisting in training of end users and on-site support during deployment, database structure, including data modeling and data warehousing. NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
