You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) & Counterfeit Assessment Branch of the Trusted Microelectronics Division of the Global Deterrence Defense Dept of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
NT-05 is equal to the GS-13/14
Duties
You will serve as the Branch Manager of Microelectronics Assurance Branch (GXVR), in the Trusted Microelectronics Division (GXV) of Global Deterrence and Defense Department (GX).
You will supervise 5-15 employees.
You will develop strategies and vision for the Branch to support programs/policies.
You will ensure adherence to compliance areas such as Safety, Environmental, and Security.
You will provide positive leadership and be a role model to workforce.
You will perform standard supervisory tasks such as personnel reviews, discipline, time and attendance, and task status reporting.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical oversight supporting the identification, verification, or mitigation of threats to the DoD microelectronics supply chain.
