Duties
You will apply knowledge of the contract acquisition process to support warfighter readiness and operations in CNRSE area of responsibility.
You will provide customer service and training in contract requirements generation process.
You will Learn and understand acquisition information systems and train others to utilize the systems.
You will provide information systems management and oversight.
You will analyze support agreements for future impacts, requirements, and costs to CNRSE and make recommendations for changes as needed.
You will communicate findings, develop recommendations both orally and written using clear, cohesive, and complete products for briefing to senior level management.
You will conduct feasibility assessments and determine specific data elements required to support broad requirements/generation processes, management studies and the organizational performance assessment.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issue or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Shore Installation Management to support Fleet and Fighter Domains in order to support Fleet Combat Capabilities; 2) Understanding pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect Shore Installation Management and related support resources (people, money, or equipment) in the area studied; 3) Studying major issues, program goals, and objectives, work processes and administrative operations of an organization; 4) Planning, scheduling, and conducting projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work operations; and 5) Adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity.
