About the Position: US Army Cadet Command, HQS, JROTC, Fort Knox, KY
Duties
Serve as the Operations Officer and advisor to the Director, Deputy and Chief of Training and Operations for the Army Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) and National Defense Cadet Corps (NDCC).
Trusted Agency Security Manager (TASM) for Civilian Access Card (CAC) issuance and the JSOCC instructor training course manager.
Conduct studies and analysis on operational problem areas.
Review and evaluate Army selection criteria to comply with the requirements of regulations and public law.
Multimedia project officer directed to design, edit and publish briefings using various software programs.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Temporary Duty (TDY), approximately 20% of the time.
- One year probationary period may be required.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
