About the Position: This position is located at HQ Cadet Command. The position serves as the Deputy Director, Deputy Chief of Staff, G3.

Duties

Independently plan and administer programs, setting overall policies, objectives, time frames and procedures necessary for program accomplishment Manage development, planning, coordination and implementation of the Command's training program Serve as Technical Advisor to senior level staff Provide oversight on long term projects Establish performance objectives, evaluate performance and identify training needs of subordinates

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A Secret Clearance is required
  • May be required to serve a 1 year probationary period
  • May be required to serve a 1 year Supervisory Probationary Period
  • TDY travel may be required up to 25% of the time
