About the Position: This position is with the G3 (Operations), Requirements Integration Division (RID), located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This position is a temporary promotion NTE 1 year.
Duties
Develop and present detailed requirements information.
Monitor outputs of resources applied to missions.
Audit and refine Mission Requirement Management System (MRMS) inputs.
Contribute to Support Agreements requirements and monitor progress.
Plan, conduct and/or direct highly complex studies/analyses to improve the total acquisition process.
Serve as lead action officer liaison between AMCOM and the Aviation and Missile CCDC.
Serve as program integrator for Army Aviation and Missile enterprise.
Formally share knowledge with teammates.
Identify future planning and mission requirements, acquisition and sustainment inhibitors.
Contribute to weapon system sustainment strategies regarding engineering requirements.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) performing integration efforts affecting the future planning and sustainment of aircraft and missile systems; 2) providing coordination for continuous evaluation of contract administration, aviation safety, training, maintenance operations and needs affecting status of weapons systems; 3) performing as program integrator authority and/or consultant on all aspects of flight support mission activities within the region of assignment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-13) or equivalent pay band.
